The service started off really well. Dana and Luke were very helpful during the quoting process, providing clear information and guidance. Leith, who installed the charger, was friendly and did an amazing job. Unfortunately, my oven stopped working straight after the installation, despite having no prior issues. This seems to be related to the works carried out. I’m still waiting for the team to investigate and resolve the issue, which has been disappointing.
